RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of Zenoura’s Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Introduction

At Zenoura, we take pride in delivering carefully curated jewellery. Due to the nature of jewellery products, returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions to ensure fairness, hygiene, and product integrity.

2. Eligibility & Mandatory Proof

Mandatory Requirement

A clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package to product inspection is mandatory. Videos that are edited, cut, or paused will result in claim rejection.

2.1 Eligible Scenarios

  • • Product damaged or broken at delivery
  • • Incorrect item received
  • • Package tampered with/missing items

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

Change of Mind Used/Worn Items Missing Packaging Minor Variations Clearance Items

4. Timeline

Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery. Claims after this period will not be considered.

5. Approval Process

Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and include all original boxes/inserts.

6. Refunds & Charges

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Please note the following are non-refundable:

  • • Shipping charges
  • • COD fees
  • • Customs duties or import taxes

9. COD Orders

Refused COD orders are ineligible for refunds. Repeated refusals may lead to permanent COD restrictions on your account.

12. Final Decision

Zenoura reserves the final right to approve or reject any request. This policy is governed by the laws of Nepal.
